Once the order ships from our
facility it is in the care of the transportation service. Should any damage or delay occur it is your
responsibility to contact the transportation company and use your tracking given
to you. You should insure your shipment if the value is more than $100 for the
actual value. The insurance cost is very reasonable. We pack our shipment to meet the rigorous
standards set by our shippers; therefore, Interior Ink is not responsible for
any damages that incur during transit.

our office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We will email you
when your order is ready to be picked up. Please choose local pick up when you

Absolutely! However, due to labor costs and waste, the minimum for custom printed test swatches is $25.00 per swatch. If you would like to order custom printed test swatches, please send us an email that includes the size and material chosen.
Alternatively, you may choose to order one of our sample books for a flat fee of $5. This product includes unprinted swatches for all of our fabrics, and a few printed samples of wallcoverings and shades. To order a sample book, click here.
printing process for the natural fabrics is pigment ink. The press size for the
pigment ink process is up to 72” wide by the roll length, which is typically
150 feet long. (Please note fabrics vary in width depending on the manufacturer.)
The printing process for the polyester fabrics is dye sublimation. The press
size for dye sub is up to 122” wide by the roll length.
Most of our fabrics meet various certifications including fire rating and durability for upholstery, typically required for commercial, hospitality
and healthcare applications.

Yes, you may supply your own fabric
if the fabric is coated for the digital printing process (PFP - Prepared for Printing), however you will need to supply
at least an additional 5-10 yards for webbing on our presses. Material submitted
for printing or testing must be provided rolled on a 3-inch core. Please contact us so that we
may discuss this in further detail.
If there is a fabric you want that we do not currently offer, we are willing to look into sourcing this fabric.This option is only available to those planning to order a minimum of 50 yards (1 roll) of that same fabric. Additional charges may apply.
Our canvas prints are fabricated with a 3/4" stretch frame with the option to upgrade to a 1 1/2" stretch frame. Our watercolor textured print does not come finished with a frame.
We offer many different options for framed or frameless options for our photographic prints. Unfortunately, there are too many options to list and these are too custom to purchase online. As per the law in the United States, all income must be reported and taxed. You will be earning a royalty from the use and sale of your artwork, therefore, you will be making an income. Interior Ink will send you a W-9 form to fill out and return.
We will need information including but not necessarily limited to your full name (or business name), social security number (or Tax ID number), and your address (or business's address). We will send you a W-9 Form where you will enter this information. Yes, you are required to fill out and return the specified tax form we send to you. Failure to fill out this form will result in the forfeiting of your eligibility to participate in the Featured Artist Program.
